KETENGAH's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT initiatives that support the Agency's strategic goals. Below are the seven main functions of this division.

Monitoring the IT Strategic Plan
Monitor the implementation of the Agency's Information Technology Strategic Plan, which outlines how IT is leveraged to support the achievement of the Agency's goals.

Cross-Functional Process Integration
Introduce and integrate cross-functional processes across departments to deliver services that are more efficient and effective.

IT System & Infrastructure Coordination
Coordinate the development, operation, and management of robust and secure IT systems and infrastructure built on the principles of modularity, connectivity, inter-operability, and portability.

Application System Direction
Define the direction of the Agency's application systems in order to reduce the time and cost of development, maintenance, and operations.

Data Integrity & Information Sharing
Safeguard the integrity of electronic data, encourage the sharing of information, and provide channels for the electronic dissemination of information to authorised users both within and outside the Agency.

Promoting Effective IT Adoption
Promote the effective and consistent use of IT to achieve the Agency's strategic goals.

Leading Public-Sector IT Projects
Lead and engage the Agency in Government initiatives to develop and deliver public-sector IT projects that drive reform in the management and administration of the Public Service.
