DIVISION OBJECTIVES :

• - Transforming departmental operations through the mastery of Information and Communication Technology.
• - Creating a knowledge-based society (K-Society) by encouraging comprehensive development and use of Information and Communication Technology in all fields.
• - Encouraging optimal use of ICT to enhance competitiveness and living standards of the community within the KETENGAH region.
• - Providing Information and Communication Technology infrastructure and knowledge facilities in an effort to reduce the digital divide among residents of the KETENGAH region.

DIVISION FUNCTIONS :

- Formulating KETENGAH Application System strategies

- Formulating ICT Program strategies in the KETENGAH area

- Providing computerisation programs in the KETENGAH area

- Maintaining and overseeing all KETENGAH computerisation project works

- Monitoring program effectiveness at Rural Community Centres (PKD)

- Maintaining the KETENGAH.Net Network at Headquarters and KETENGAH Townships

- Organising and managing ICT training for staff and residents of the KETENGAH Region, including IT Entrepreneurs.
