Divisional Functions:

• Preparing physical development plans, including requirements for infrastructure, housing, commercial premises, social amenities, recreation, environment and landscaping
• Planning and coordinating studies related to the development of KETENGAH's growth centres
• Providing advisory services and coordinating with internal divisions and external agencies on matters pertaining to Urban Development Plans and Traditional Village Development
• Acting as secretariat to the Structure Plan Meeting
• Determining land use zones and development areas
• Contributing input to regional plans and the processes and procedures of uniform planning
• Coordinating the adoption of physical planning standards across the KETENGAH territory
• Preparing plans and coordinating landscaping works
• Evaluating and replanning landscape projects
• Environmental Quality Control
