Divisional Functions:

• Tracking and analysing the progress of all projects that have been completed, are currently underway, or are yet to be implemented within the KETENGAH area, to ensure that development goals are achieved as intended
• Tracking and analysing the performance of the Board's projects and programmes
• Coordinating with KETENGAH's subsidiaries and joint venture companies to safeguard KETENGAH's investment interests in those entities
• Collecting and preparing information relating to the activities, financial standing and performance of KETENGAH's subsidiaries and joint venture companies
• Preparing the Board's Annual Report
• Collecting, analysing, storing and supplying information on KETENGAH's programmes as and when required
• Identifying and encouraging potential investors to invest within the KETENGAH area, and conducting investment promotion activities through exhibitions and seminars organised by the government or private sector, both domestically and internationally
• Reviewing and reassessing investment projects within the KETENGAH area, excluding investment projects within the Tasik Kenyir zone
