On 12 June 2024, the Information and Communication Technology Development Division took the initiative to conduct a training course for operators of the KETENGAH Housing System (SISPER).

The objective of this training was to expose newly transferred officers and staff to the system as the main platform for processes such as online housing payments and related transactions.

A total of 15 officers and staff from the Property and Local Authority Division, Free Zone Division, and Economics and Entrepreneurship Division participated in the course, which was held at the Conference Room, KETENGAH Headquarters, Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah.

This training is crucial to ensure that staff remain up-to-date with technological advancements and can fully utilize the system’s procedures to enhance service quality.
