A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signing ceremony between Kolej Ketengah and Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) was successfully held at Seri Pacific Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

The agreement was formalized by Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Seri Dr. Haji Ahmad Razif bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Chairman of Kolej Ketengah, and Yang Berbahagia Profesor Ts. Dr. Arham bin Abdullah, Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan.

The ceremony was also witnessed by Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Seri (Dr.) Haji Ahmad bin Said, Chairman of KETENGAH; Yang Berbahagia Prof. Dr. Huzili bin Hussin, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & International) of UMK; Yang Berusaha Tuan Haji Mohd Razali bin Mahmud, Chief Executive of Kolej Ketengah; and Yang Berbahagia Prof. Madya Ts. Dr. Muhammad Ashlyzan bin Razik, Director of the UMKCEE Centre for Off-Campus Education.

Encik Faizol bin Abd Aziz, Manager of Community and Social Development, attended on behalf of YM Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, General Manager of KETENGAH. The event was also attended by board members, management teams, and senior officials from both UMK and Kolej Ketengah.

This collaboration marks a strategic step in strengthening academic networks, research, and human capital development between the two institutions, supporting the advancement of higher education excellence in line with regional industry needs.
