In conjunction with the KETENGAH Madani Entrepreneur Bazaar (BASKET Madani), KETENGAH also organised a Customer Engagement Day.

The main purpose of this programme was to provide the public with an opportunity to interact directly with KETENGAH officers in the field and to share their opinions and feedback on the services provided. In addition, the community could lodge complaints and highlight issues directly.
