The Asy-Syabab 4.0 Program (Aspirasi Ahsan Syakhsiah Belia Luar Bandar) under the Bina Insan Program (PBI), People’s Wellbeing Development Scheme (SPKR) by the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) Series II, was successfully organized by KETENGAH from 11 to 13 September 2025 at Hotel Permai, Kuala Terengganu.

The program, conducted by Al Fateh Training & Consultancy, brought together 38 youths from B40 families and e-Kasih beneficiaries within the KETENGAH region. Key activities included ice-breaking sessions, self-forensics, personal mind-stimulation exercises, and exploration of Pasar Payang, all of which emphasized building self-confidence and teamwork skills.

The closing ceremony was officiated by Yang Berusaha Tuan Haji Mohd Radzi bin Md Noor, Property and Local Authority Manager, representing YM. Dato’ General Manager of KETENGAH, together with Yang Berusaha Encik Faizol bin Abd Aziz, Community and Social Development Manager, who also presented participation certificates to the attendees.

This program is expected to provide meaningful experiences and added value that will inspire the youth to cultivate a more positive lifestyle in the future.
