KETENGAH Strengthens Digitalisation Agenda Through Working Visit to TM Klang Valley Data Center, Cyberjaya

Cyberjaya, 31 March 2026 – In the era of globalisation and rapid advancements in information technology, the digitalisation of the public sector has become an unavoidable necessity. Malaysia, as a nation progressing towards developed status, continues to emphasise digital transformation in government administration.
In line with strengthening its digitalisation agenda, KETENGAH’s management conducted a working visit to the TM Klang Valley Data Center in Cyberjaya as a strategic effort to enhance its understanding of high-tech data centre infrastructure operated by Telekom Malaysia through TM One.
The KETENGAH delegation was led by Deputy General Manager (Operations), Tuan Haji Mahdi Amin bin Ahmad, alongside Manager of Finance and Accounting, Puan Fadhlina binti Mohamed, and Manager of Information and Communication Technology Development, Encik Hazroll Eizwal bin Jasni.
The visit was hosted by Telekom Malaysia’s management and technical experts, led by General Manager of TM Eastern Region, Encik Ahmad Nazri bin Ambi, together with Head of TM One Terengganu, Tuan Haji Muhamad Ridwan bin Ibrahim, and TM One Terengganu Account Manager, Encik Zuwairi Aiman bin Che Mat. The team shared their expertise in data centre operations, cybersecurity and cloud computing.
During the visit, the KETENGAH delegation had the opportunity to tour TM’s data centre facilities in Cyberjaya, including server rooms, multi-layered security systems and the operations monitoring centre, which form the backbone of today’s digital services.
This visit not only provided valuable technical exposure but also opened avenues for strategic collaboration between both parties. KETENGAH remains committed to driving digital transformation towards delivering more efficient, secure and high-impact services to the community.
