Yayasan KETENGAH Channels Emergency Aid to Help Residents Affected by Disaster in Hulu Terengganu

Ajil, Hulu Terengganu, 1 April 2026 – Yayasan KETENGAH has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to community welfare by extending Emergency Assistance to residents whose homes were damaged when a tree collapsed onto their properties on 29 March 2026.
YBhg. Dato' Rozi bin Mamat, Chairman of KETENGAH and Yayasan KETENGAH, personally visited the affected victims at Kampung Baru Sungai Binjai, Ajil, to assess the situation on the ground. He was accompanied by Tuan Haji Mahdi Amin bin Ahmad, Deputy General Manager (Operations), Tuan Haji Radzi bin Md Noor, Deputy General Manager (Development), along with senior KETENGAH management and local community leaders.
During the visit, Dato' Rozi presented cash contributions to the affected residents to help ease their financial burden and assist in covering the costs of repairing their damaged homes. He also took time to engage warmly with the families, listening to their concerns and understanding their immediate needs.
This initiative reflects Yayasan KETENGAH's ongoing commitment to ensuring the well-being of the community remains a top priority, while guaranteeing that emergency assistance is delivered promptly, accurately, and effectively to those most in need. Yayasan KETENGAH will continue to strengthen its welfare agenda for the betterment of society, in line with the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI.
