A total of 134 officers and staff of KETENGAH attended the MyGovUC User Briefing held at Dewan Blok D, KETENGAH Headquarters, Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah, Dungun, Terengganu. The main purpose of the programme was to provide exposure to officers and staff on the functions and latest features of MyGovUC 3.0.

MyGovUC is an Integrated Communication and Collaboration Service centrally managed by the Digital Government Department (JDN). This service combines communication channels such as email, video/audio conferencing, and chat.

The MyGovUC service, implemented as Software as a Service (SaaS), covers two service scopes: Software as a Service (SaaS) and Supporting Application Services. The Software as a Service (SaaS) includes the Email System, Online Conferencing (Meet), Large File Sharing (Drive), and Group Chat, while the Supporting Application Services include the Official MyGovUC Portal, Mail Relay Services, User Information Management System (SPMP), and the Restricted and Confidential Document Delivery System (SPDT).

The opening of the briefing was officiated by YBrs. Encik Hasri bin Omar, Manager of Administration and Human Resource Management, representing YM Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, General Manager of KETENGAH. Also present at the briefing was YBrs. Puan Mahanum binti Daim, Project Manager of the Government Integrated Communication & Collaboration Service (MyGovUC), Digital Government Department. The presentation on MyGovUC was delivered by Encik Razale bin Ibrahim, Head of Project & Security Management Unit, Puan Rajeswari a/p Subaramaniam, Change Management Unit, Puan Engku Noor Haidah binti Engku Ahmad, Operations & Technical Unit, Dr. Norliza binti Sidek, Senior Assistant Director, and Encik Muhammad Iqbal bin Azizi, Change Management Team from the Digital Government Department (JDN).
