In line with the implementation of the Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA) on 1 December 2024, a new performance evaluation system, MyPerformance, was introduced and detailed under the Human Resource Service Circular (MyPPSM) Section UP.4.1.1: New Policy for Performance Management for the Management and Professional Group and the Executive Group (MyPerformance), effective 1 January 2025.

Aligned with the Government’s strategy to develop competencies and instill values in public service talent management to enhance national productivity, this initiative introduces a performance management system tailored to departmental functions and roles, coupled with performance-based rewards.

To ensure the smooth implementation of MyPerformance as stipulated, KETENGAH conducted the MyPerformance Workshop for Officers and Staff of KETENGAH 2025, attended by 35 officers and staff, from 5 to 7 February 2025 at Ibis Hotel, Melaka.

The workshop was organised by the Administration and Human Resource Management Division in collaboration with officers from the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development, namely Encik Mohd Zuhaili bin Rosli and Encik Azrali bin Aris.
