The Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) will be organizing the KKDW Quality and Innovation Awards 2025, scheduled for November 2025, as part of the Ministry’s annual Innovation Program. This award aims to recognize and foster a culture of innovation and quality among civil service personnel, particularly under the supervision of KKDW.

There are three main categories to be contested in this year’s awards:

-Public Service Innovation Award (Management)

-Public Service Innovation Award (Technical)

-Financial Management Quality Award

Following the course conducted on 5 July 2025, a Documentation Enhancement Workshop was held on 5 and 7 August 2025 at Bukit Besi Golf Club. The workshop involved 24 officers and staff from KETENGAH.

The workshop was specifically designed to assist participants in organizing and completing the documentation for innovation projects to be submitted for the awards. It also provided an opportunity for participants to receive early feedback and technical guidance related to report preparation.

Through participation in this initiative, it is hoped that the new ideas presented will not only enhance the effectiveness of service delivery systems but also inspire officers and staff to integrate innovation as part of a culture of excellence in every department.
