From 28 to 30 October 2024, the Central Terengganu Development Authority (KETENGAH), through its Integrity Unit, organised the Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption Strengthening Course for KETENGAH Executive Group I Officers at the EPF Learning Campus, Kajang, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

The course involved 29 participants comprising officers and staff from Executive Group I.

The programme was officiated by Tuan Haji Ahmad Fakaruddin bin Ahmad, Deputy General Manager (Operations) of KETENGAH.

Knowledge-sharing sessions were delivered by invited speakers from various agencies such as the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency (AKPK), the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW), as well as from KETENGAH itself.

The objective of the course was to provide participants with an understanding of the types of corruption offences and their impacts, as well as corruption prevention measures. In addition, participants gained insights into government procurement offences, disciplinary misconduct in the public service, and prudent financial management practices.
