Thalatha Tis’a Inauguration Ceremony @ KETENGAH

The Thalatha Tis’a Program, also known as the Children’s Tahfiz Program, which introduces the Al-Quran to children aged 3 to 9, has been launched through a collaboration between KEMAS, KETENGAH, and the Dungun District Education and Welfare Foundation.
The program aims to nurture young Tahfiz students who memorize all 30 juz of the Al-Quran through KEMAS Kindergarten (TASKA) centers. The program in the Dungun district was initiated at TASKA KEMAS, Taman Setia, Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah, Dungun, which is part of the KETENGAH region.
The inauguration ceremony was held on 25 June 2025 and officiated by Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Haji Rozi bin Mamat, Chairman of the KEMAS Community in Terengganu and Chairman of Ketengah Jaya Sdn. Bhd. Also in attendance were: Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Dr. Haji Din bin Adam, Chairman of KEMAS Community, Dungun Parliament; Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Haji Idris bin Jusoh, Patron of the Thalatha Tis’a Program; Yang Berusaha Encik Zainuddin bin Haji Md. Zaki, Deputy General Manager (Development) representing YM Dato’ General Manager of KETENGAH; Tuan Haji Ahmad Fakaruddin bin Ahmad, Deputy General Manager (Operations) and Director of KEMAS Terengganu; and Yang Berusaha Dr. Faridah binti Mat.
The program is also monitored by appointed panel members, including Ustazah Maya Novita and several facilitators from Raudhatul Quran Center, Malang, Indonesia.
It is hoped that this program will produce young huffaz who will lead the nation in the future, guided by individuals devoted to God.
