KETENGAH’s Participation in the AKRAB Character-Building Program 2025

The AKRAB members of Lembaga Kemajuan Terengganu Tengah (KETENGAH) took part in the AKRAB Character-Building Program 2025, organized by the Psychology Management Branch, Human Resource Management Division, Ministry of Rural Development and Regional Affairs (KKDW), in collaboration with AKRAB Lembaga Kemajuan Wilayah Kedah (KEDA).
A total of 10 representatives from AKRAB KETENGAH participated in the program, which aimed to strengthen camaraderie and foster teamwork among AKRAB members from KKDW and its affiliated agencies. Various character-building, sports, and recreational activities were carried out to enhance integrity, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing among participants.
The program also focused on bringing together AKRAB members from KKDW and its agencies in sports and recreational activities, creating opportunities to build close professional and personal relationships. It promoted cooperation, mutual assistance, and a sense of belonging among the larger AKRAB community.
In addition, the program provided a platform for AKRAB members to interact and share experiences, strengthening professional ties between agencies. Overall, the program successfully fostered understanding, collaboration, and a stronger team spirit among AKRAB members, enabling them to plan and implement more effective activities in the future.
This participation reflects AKRAB KETENGAH’s ongoing commitment to character development, mental well-being, and organizational solidarity, while also serving as a platform to strengthen inter-agency collaboration under KKDW towards enhancing public service excellence.
