The Information and Communication Technology Development Division of KETENGAH conducted the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Session for SISPER Mobile KETENGAH at TD1303, Kuala Terengganu.

The main objective of the UAT was to test the application and obtain user verification and feedback regarding the SISPER Mobile application, which was developed based on findings from the earlier User Requirements Study Workshop. It is hoped that the use of SISPER Mobile will make KETENGAH’s management in 2025 more systematic and secure, with the added benefit of cashless payment functions.

The UAT session was attended by 14 users from KETENGAH Housing System, including representatives from the Land and Local Authority Division, Municipal Office, Finance and Accounting Division, and Free Zone Division.

Also present at the SISPER Mobile UAT session was Encik Hazroll Eizwal bin Jasni, Manager of the Information and Communication Technology Development Division of KETENGAH.
