KETENGAH conducted User Training for the SISPER Mobile Application at the Co-Working Space, Desa Community Centre (PKD), Bandar Al-Muktafi Billah Shah. Participants comprised officers and staff from the Property and Local Authority Division, including the Municipal Office, Finance and Accounting Division, Free Zone Division, as well as the Information and Communication Technology Development Division as the secretariat.

This user training was organised to equip participants with the skills to use the newly developed SISPER Mobile application. The application will soon be available for download on the Play Store / Google Play for Android users, while iOS users will be able to download it via the Apple Store.

It is hoped that the implementation of SISPER Mobile will enhance KETENGAH’s management efficiency, making it more systematic and secure, with the added benefit of cashless payment features in line with current needs and demands.
