The Central Terengganu Development Authority (KETENGAH), through its subsidiary Ketengah Holding Sdn. Bhd. (KHSB), organised the KETENGAH Region Orphan Outreach Programme in conjunction with Ihya’ Ramadan 1447H by distributing festive necessities to orphans and underprivileged children.

The programme was conducted in three phases on 3, 11 and 12 March 2026, in collaboration with District Education Offices, schools and tahfiz centres within the KETENGAH region to ensure that the contributions were delivered comprehensively and in an orderly manner.

A total of 754 orphans received assistance in the form of Hari Raya clothing and festive cash, with an overall contribution amounting to RM226,200.00. This initiative is part of KETENGAH’s ongoing efforts to support the community and ease the burden of those in need, particularly in preparation for the Aidilfitri celebration.

Encik Jafre bin Taib, Manager of Community and Social Development, was present representing KETENGAH’s management to engage with the recipients throughout the programme.

KETENGAH extends its highest appreciation and gratitude to all parties for their cooperation and commitment in ensuring the success of this programme.
