13 July 2026 - KETENGAH, through its Technical Services Division, organised a strategic brainstorming session at the Main Hall, KETENGAH Headquarters, involving 35 participants comprising KETENGAH Managers and Officers, led by Tuan Haji Mohd Radzi bin Md Noor, Deputy General Manager (Development) KETENGAH.

The focus of this session was to discuss the KETENGAH Urban Planning Plan, specifically for Bandar Bukit Besi and Bandar Ceneh Baharu. Tuan Haji Mohd Radzi also emphasised that urban development is not merely about proposing new projects, but must consider the unique identity and function of the town, local market and economic potential, development catalysts, and smart city technology approaches.

The strategic input from this session will be refined to support the top management's decisions in formulating urban projects that can provide the best impact to the community.
