The Lembaga Kemajuan Terengganu Tengah (KETENGAH), an agency under the supervision of the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW), successfully conducted the Physical Fitness Test and Individual Character and Competency Assessment for applicants of vacant positions at KETENGAH for the year 2025.
The assessment session took place on 23 November 2025 (Sunday) at the Balai Orang Ramai (BALORA), Bandar Al-Muktafi Billah Shah, Dungun, Terengganu.
This session provided KETENGAH with the opportunity to comprehensively evaluate candidates, covering aspects such as physical fitness, personal presentation, attitude, cognitive ability, and the competencies required to serve effectively in this regional development organization.
The physical assessment was conducted to ensure candidates possess the endurance and fitness levels appropriate for the demands of the job. Meanwhile, the character and competency assessment evaluated elements such as communication skills, discipline, work ethics, problem-solving abilities, and readiness to work collaboratively in a team. The entire process was designed as a screening mechanism to ensure that only qualified, high-integrity candidates aligned with operational needs are considered for the next stage.
KETENGAH extends its highest appreciation to all candidates for their participation and adherence to the established guidelines throughout the session. The commitment, diligence, and readiness demonstrated by candidates during the assessment reflect their genuine interest and dedication to serving the organization.
The implementation of this assessment underscores KETENGAH’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that the human resources recruited are not only qualified but also capable of contributing to the regional development agenda and enhancing service delivery to the local community.
