The KETENGAH Integrity and Psychology Day 2025 was successfully held at the Balai Orang Ramai (BALORA), Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah, Dungun. The program aimed to foster awareness of noble values and cultivate integrity among civil servants, particularly in creating an environment free from corruption and malpractice. In addition, the program sought to enhance awareness, knowledge, understanding, and skills among KETENGAH officers and staff to achieve more productive and high-quality work outcomes.

One of the highlights was a lecture entitled “Overcoming the Temptation of Corruption: Psychological Approaches to Building Integrity”, delivered by the renowned national speaker, Syamsul Debat. The lecture emphasized the importance of developing personal integrity and introduced psychological approaches that can be applied to resist corrupt practices and maintain ethical conduct.

During the same event, YM Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, General Manager of KETENGAH, also launched two online applications designed to streamline daily operations: eSISPER and SAGA Mobile. eSISPER is a smartphone application for the KETENGAH Housing System, enabling the public—especially residents in the KETENGAH region—and KETENGAH staff to make online payments for rentals or ownership via the FPX Payment Gateway.

Meanwhile, SAGA Mobile is an application for the KETENGAH Standard Government Agency Accounting System (SAGA), allowing officers and staff to apply for loans online, manage personal information for Monthly Tax Deductions (PCB), and access Income Statements and EC Forms digitally.

The event was attended by KETENGAH officers and staff, subsidiary company representatives, as well as Chairpersons and Secretaries of the Village Development and Security Committees (JPKKP). The success of this program is expected to strengthen the value of integrity among civil servants and provide significant benefits to the development of the KETENGAH region.
