The Al Muktafi Billah Shah (AMBS) Community, in collaboration with the KETENGAH Family Club, successfully organised a Petanque Championship involving 31 teams. The tournament was held at the Al Muktafi Billah Shah Sports Complex and received an encouraging response from the local community. Despite rainy weather, the participants remained enthusiastic and continued competing with great spirit.

Interestingly, each team adopted the name of a village within the KETENGAH region as their team name. This initiative not only reflected unity and togetherness among participants but also helped promote the villages within the KETENGAH area.

In the final match, Kampung Shukor emerged as champions after defeating Kampung Serdang in a thrilling and intense contest. This victory secured Kampung Shukor the first prize and the championship title. Third place was won by Kampung Jongok Batu, while Kampung Talong finished in fourth place.

The championship not only showcased the participants’ talent and skills in petanque but also strengthened sportsmanship and cooperation among communities within the KETENGAH region. It also served as a platform to foster closer ties and interaction among residents in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

Congratulations to all the winners on their outstanding achievements, and appreciation is also extended to all participants for their high level of sportsmanship, making the championship a truly memorable experience.
