The Central Terengganu Development Authority (KETENGAH) conducted a benchmarking visit for the People’s Well-Being Housing Programme (PPRS) to GIATMARA Kelantan, led by Encik Zainuddin bin Haji Md. Zaki, Deputy General Manager (Development) of KETENGAH. The KETENGAH delegation was warmly welcomed by Puan Renie Kasriana binti Kaman, Director of GIATMARA Kelantan, along with the GIATMARA officers.

The main objective of the visit was to strengthen bilateral relations between government agencies, particularly those under the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW), and to serve as a platform for exchanging ideas on the implementation process of the PPRS.

Highlights of the visit included a site inspection of newly built PPRS homes, showcasing two different designs—horizontal and vertical—in the Tumpat district of Kelantan.

KETENGAH expressed its sincere appreciation to GIATMARA Kelantan for welcoming the delegation and for their openness in sharing valuable insights and experiences.

The close cooperation between KETENGAH and GIATMARA is expected to enhance the effectiveness of PPRS implementation, contributing to the well-being of rural communities.
