To strengthen the preparation of KETENGAH officers and staff for participation in the KKDW Technical Management and Madani Management Innovation Awards 2025, a 3-day, 2-night Innovation and Documentation Enhancement Course was held from 6 to 8 July 2025 at IDEAS Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

The course aimed to expose participants to the key elements of producing high-quality innovation documentation, while fostering a work culture based on creative, systematic, and high-impact thinking in line with Madani values and the current needs of the public service.

Among the invited speakers during the course were Tuan Haji Mohd Syafiq bin Yusof, Senior Assistant Director (Pharmacy Practices and Development), Terengganu State Health Department; Captain Zuraini binti Jusoh, Training & Strategic Coordinator for Military Technology Sustainability, Universiti Teknologi MARA Terengganu, Dungun Branch.

The course was organized by the Administration and Human Resource Management Division of KETENGAH in collaboration with Ustaz Wan Mohd Ridhwan bin Wan Azam, Training Officer, Taman Tamadun Islam. The closing ceremony was officiated by Encik Hasri bin Omar, Manager of Administration and Human Resource Management, who also conveyed a message urging all participants to seize the opportunities gained through this course to continue contributing new ideas that can add value to their departments and the organization as a whole.

It is hoped that this course will act as a catalyst for higher-quality participation in KKDW-level innovation competitions and foster a sustainable culture of innovation among the workforce.
