KETENGAH Mind Transformation Course and Special Induction for New KETENGAH Officers and Staff, 18 to 22 May 2026.

The Central Terengganu Development Authority (KETENGAH) has implemented the KETENGAH Mind Transformation Course and Special Induction for 2026 at Kem Permata Resort, Melaka, involving the participation of newly appointed KETENGAH officers and staff. This initiative aims to strengthen human capital development and cultivate a workforce that is more integrated, disciplined, and competitive.
The implementation of this course aims to enhance participants' understanding of the organisation's policies, functions, and direction, while instilling values of teamwork, strong self-identity, a sense of belonging, and a culture of excellence among KETENGAH personnel.
Among the programme contents included was the Programme with KETENGAH NGOs, which aimed to introduce the KETENGAH NGOs to new officers and staff, as well as to provide exposure regarding the roles, functions, and objectives of establishing KETENGAH NGOs in supporting the welfare, personal development, and spirit of togetherness of the organisation's members. Additionally, sessions with JPA, SPRM, AKM, KPWKM, CGSO, AKPK, and many others were also conducted.
The closing ceremony of the programme was officiated by Yang Mulia Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, General Manager of KETENGAH. Also present were Yang Berusaha Puan Norita binti Jantan @ Janudin, General Manager of Melaka Institute of Management and Integrity (INSPIM), and Tuan Haji Abdul Halim bin Yusof, Manager of Administration and Human Resource Management of KETENGAH.
KETENGAH also extends its appreciation to the secretariat from the Administration and Human Resource Management Division of KETENGAH, in collaboration with Encik Mohamad Syaufi Aizad bin Shamsudin, Training Manager of INSPIM, Encik Md Sah Rizal bin Ismail, Commander of Kem Permata Resort, and other involved parties.
May all the knowledge, experience, and values gained throughout this course be utilised to produce KETENGAH personnel who are more competent, professional, and resilient for the excellence of the organisation.
