YBrs. Mr. Zainuddin bin Haji Md. Zaki, Deputy General Manager (Development) of KETENGAH, conducted a post-flood survey along Jalan Besol Lama – Rantau Panjang and the Tasik Puteri area in Bukit Besi. The road from Kampung Besul Lama to Kampung Rantau Panjang has been completely closed to all vehicles due to landslides at kilometer 3.1, kilometer 8.1, and kilometer 8.15. The 10-kilometer closure was enforced by the Public Works Department (JKR) after parts of the road were deemed unsafe for passage.

Also present during the survey were representatives from the JKR Road Units of Dungun and Terengganu as well as the KKDW Terengganu State Office.

Follow-up actions will be taken to restore accessibility and ensure convenience for road users.
