Mandatory and Voluntary Retirement of KETENGAH Officers and Staff

Thursday, 30 October 2025 marked the last working day for Tuan Haji Ahmad Fakaruddin bin Ahmad, Deputy General Manager (Operations), Grade N14, who will retire mandatorily on 31 October 2025 after dedicating 27 years, 9 months, and 30 days of service at KETENGAH.
Also celebrated was Puan Samihat binti Yunus, Administrative Assistant (Clerical/Operations), Grade N2, from the Finance and Accounting Division, who will retire voluntarily on 1 November 2025 after serving for 29 years, 11 months, and 15 days.
The Management of KETENGAH expresses its highest appreciation and gratitude for the service, contributions, and commitment displayed throughout their tenure. The diligence, dedication, and loyalty shown by both officers serve as exemplary models for all KETENGAH staff.
This retirement marks the end of a long and dedicated journey and the beginning of a new, more relaxed, and meaningful phase of life. Indeed, the services rendered will continue to be remembered and form part of the organization’s history and achievements.
The Management of KETENGAH prays that Tuan Haji Ahmad Fakaruddin and Puan Samihat are blessed with lasting health, well-being, and happiness with their beloved families. May every step in their post-retirement life be filled with joy, peace, and blessings from Allah SWT.
The appreciation ceremony was made even more meaningful with the presence of YB Datuk Hajah Rubiah binti Haji Wang, Deputy Minister of Rural and Regional Development, witnessing the officers’ final Face ID at Pengkalan Gawi, Lake Kenyir, in conjunction with the Kenyir Geopark Festival 2025.
Also present to grace the event were YBhg. Dato’ Abdul Kahar bin Abdullah, Deputy Secretary-General (Policy), Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW); YM Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, General Manager of KETENGAH; and the senior management team of KETENGAH.
