MBJ WORKERS RELAXED TOUR PROGRAM SERIES 1 YEAR 2026

The Joint Departmental Council (MBJ) Workers organized the MBJ Workers Relaxed Tour Program Series 1 Year 2026 on May 4, 2026 (Monday), involving staff from the KETENGAH Bandar Bukit Besi Office. This program is a continuous initiative to strengthen working relationships and enhance two-way communication between management and employees.
Among the main activities was a gotong-royong session to clean the Bandar Bukit Besi Children's Playground area, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and concern for environmental cleanliness and sustainability. In addition, a two-way sharing session was also held to provide an opportunity for staff to openly express their views, suggestions, and feedback.
The organization of this program is hoped to strengthen camaraderie, foster teamwork, and support continuous improvement efforts within the organization. Similar initiatives will be continued in subsequent series with the involvement of staff at other locations
