Taking inspiration from the event of Hijrah, KETENGAH organized the “Sepakat Asyura Madani Program with the Community” as a platform to foster the spirit of unity, cultivate values of compassion among the community, and strengthen the relationship between agencies and the local population.

With the theme “KETENGAH Sepakat Asyura MADANI”, the program serves as a platform to unite voices and actions towards the development of an inclusive and harmonious region.

The closing ceremony and prize presentation were officiated by YM Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, General Manager of KETENGAH. In his speech, he said:

"Alhamdulillah, the participation of 69 departments, agencies, and communities in the Asyura Porridge Competition, involving 72 cauldrons, was successfully cooked. It is not the value of the prizes that matters, but the consensus and spirit of togetherness that form the foundation of the success of this program we organized."

He added,

"I am confident that the 92 JPKKP within the KETENGAH region will provide strong cooperation for economic and social development in line with the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all parties involved, directly or indirectly, in making our program a success today. May this close cooperation continue in the future."

Also present at the event were YBhg. Dato’ Seri (Dr) Haji Ahmad bin Said and local leaders.
