The Lembaga Kemajuan Terengganu Tengah (KETENGAH), in collaboration with the Institut Kemajuan Desa (INFRA), was tasked by the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) to organise the Pre-Desa Lestari Workshop, Eastern Zone (Pahang) 2025. The workshop aimed to provide guidance on preparing comprehensive business plans for assessing the feasibility of proposed projects.

The workshop was held at Swiss-Belhotel, Kuantan, Pahang, from 22 to 24 April 2025, and was attended by 23 selected cooperatives from across Pahang. Through this workshop, participants received initial exposure to the procedures and implementation processes of existing projects, which would be evaluated for potential upgrading to larger-scale projects that would benefit the local communities in general and the state as a whole.

KETENGAH continues to strive to play its role in enhancing the socio-economic status of local communities through various initiatives introduced by the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW).
