The Basic Course on Product and Service Development (KAPPS) is one of the courses under the KETENGAH NEXUS ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAMME, a training and mentorship initiative organised by KETENGAH in collaboration with the National Entrepreneurship Institute (INSKEN). The programme involved 30 entrepreneurs under KETENGAH’s mentorship.

The course was held at Raia Hotel and Convention Centre, Kuala Terengganu, and the closing ceremony was officiated by YBrs. Encik Zainuddin bin Haji Md Zaki, Deputy General Manager (Development) of KETENGAH, accompanied by Puan Norasiah binti Harun, Senior Manager of the Training Development Department, INSKEN, and Encik Mohd Faiq bin Mohd Abd Majid, Manager of Economy and Entrepreneurship, KETENGAH.

KETENGAH hopes that this programme will help entrepreneurs create a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem and support them in achieving greater success.
