KETENGAH Management 'Mengeteh' Programme with the Community and 'Ziarah Kasih' in Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah (AMBS)

Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah, Dungun, 16 August 2026 – The Central Terengganu Development Authority (KETENGAH) continues to strengthen bonds of friendship and togetherness with the community through the KETENGAH Management 'Mengeteh' Programme with the Community and 'Ziarah Kasih' for Needy Residents around Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah (AMBS), Dungun, today.
The programme was attended by Yang Mulia Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, General Manager of KETENGAH, along with the KETENGAH Management lineup. The programme began with a morning tea session and casual gathering with the community at Warung Kak Yah, Simpang Utama SMK Durian Mas, AMBS, which served as a platform to mingle and directly hear the views, needs, and aspirations of the local community.
Subsequently, the KETENGAH Management entourage continued their visit to several homes of Yayasan KETENGAH Aid applicants for assistance related to treatment and medical care.
Three recipients received the aid: Puan Zuraini binti Abd Rahman in Taman Abadi, Puan Adibah binti Rosli, and Puan Norizan binti Hussain in Taman Indah, Bandar AMBS.
This initiative reflects KETENGAH's concern in ensuring the welfare of the community in its operational area continues to be given attention, while strengthening the organisation's role in engaging with the community more closely and assisting those in need.
The programme then concluded with the Handover of Public Address (PA System) Equipment to Surau Taman Indah, Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah (AMBS), Dungun. The contribution was presented to Encik Ramli bin Said, Chairman of Surau Taman Indah, as a sign of KETENGAH's support for religious and community activities carried out by the local community.
Programmes of this nature demonstrate KETENGAH's continuous commitment to empowering community well-being through a close approach with the community, in addition to fostering a spirit of togetherness, concern, and social responsibility in the development of the KETENGAH Region.
