DUNGUN, 10 October 2026 – KETENGAH organised the KETENGAH-Level National Sports Day Celebration 2026 at the grounds of Muzium Bukit Besi, Dungun, Terengganu. This programme involved the participation of KETENGAH staff in a 5.2-kilometre brisk walk activity.

The programme began with a montage screening of the launch officiated by YBrs. Tuan Haji Mahdi Amin bin Ahmad, Deputy General Manager (Operations) of KETENGAH.

Also present were YBhg. Datin Rosnida binti Musa@Mahmud, Chairman of PUSPANITA KKDW; YBhg. To’ Puan Anizal binti Yusoff, Chairman of PUSPANITA KETENGAH Sub-Branch; KETENGAH management line-up, and the Deputy Chairman of PUSPANITA KETENGAH.

This 5.2-kilometre brisk walk activity aims to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle among staff. Besides improving physical fitness, this activity also serves as a platform to strengthen camaraderie, foster team spirit, and reinforce relationships among KETENGAH staff.

The organisation of this programme reflects KETENGAH's commitment to supporting efforts to cultivate a healthy lifestyle through active involvement in sports and recreational activities.

It is hoped that similar programmes can be continued to raise awareness about the importance of health care, while producing healthy, fit, and productive staff. The programme was further enlivened with a lucky draw event.
