Visit by the Eastern Corridor Development Council (ECER) Delegation

The Central Terengganu Development Authority (KETENGAH) recently hosted a delegation from the Eastern Corridor Development Council (ECER), led by Encik Fakhrul Nizam Baharum, Head of the Agribusiness Division. The purpose of the visit was to explore potential collaborations and opportunities to promote sustainable economic development in the region.
The delegation received a briefing on agricultural project developments from Encik Mohd Faiq bin Mohd Abd Majid, Manager of Economy and Entrepreneurship. They were then taken on a site visit to view the agricultural project areas, namely the Food Valley Project and the Agrotek Desa Project. YBrs. Encik Zainuddin bin Hj. Md. Zaki, Deputy General Manager (Development) of KETENGAH, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit.
It is hoped that this visit will open opportunities for strategic discussions in agriculture, acting as a catalyst for a more sustainable agro-sector and creating economic and employment opportunities for the communities within the KETENGAH region.
