3 March 2026, Al Muktafi Billah Shah – The Central Terengganu Development Authority (KETENGAH) organised the Ihya’ Ramadan Contribution Presentation Ceremony 2026 in a well-organised, harmonious and reflective atmosphere in conjunction with the blessed month of Ramadan.

The ceremony began at 4:45 p.m. with the registration session for contribution recipients, followed by the arrival of the KETENGAH management team. Also present to grace the occasion were the General Manager of KETENGAH, YM Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, and the Chairman of KETENGAH, YBhg. Dato’ Rozi bin Mamat.

The programme continued with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and a prayer, marking the official opening of the ceremony while seeking blessings and the smooth running of the event.

In his welcoming speech, YM Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa expressed his appreciation to all parties involved in making the programme a success. He emphasised that the organisation of this ceremony reflects KETENGAH’s ongoing commitment to strengthening welfare initiatives and supporting communities within the KETENGAH Region.

The ceremony proceeded with the official opening speech by YBhg. Dato’ Rozi bin Mamat, who highlighted the importance of unity and social compassion, particularly in enhancing the spirit of Ramadan through impactful welfare initiatives.

He also conveyed his highest appreciation to all parties involved, including KETENGAH’s subsidiary companies, for their contributions towards the well-being of the communities in the KETENGAH Region. According to him, strong cooperation and collective spirit can empower communities while easing the burden of those in need.

For 2026, a total of RM918,400.00 has been allocated under the Ikatan Kasih MADANI Programme of the KETENGAH Region, reflecting a continued commitment towards the well-being of the people.

The highlight of the ceremony featured the presentation of contributions including the Ihya’ Ramadan Contribution Gimmick for surau empowerment initiatives, the Ihsanul Qura’ Contribution, and the Tabung Amanah Masyarakat KETENGAH (TAMK) Contribution Gimmick for 2026.

The event concluded with a communal breaking of fast (iftar) session attended by the leadership team, staff members and the local community.

This programme clearly reflects KETENGAH’s commitment to consistently fulfilling its social responsibility in promoting the well-being of communities within the KETENGAH Region.
