The KETENGAH Table Tennis team made history by advancing to the finals of the MAKSPEN XV Sports Carnival held at the Institut Kemajuan Desa (INFRA), Bangi, Selangor.

This achievement is especially significant as the last time the KETENGAH Ping Pong team reached the finals was in 2015, when KEDA hosted the event. After a decade, the team has once again proven its competitiveness and ability to contend at the final stage.

In previous editions, the KETENGAH team did not advance beyond the group stage. However, through determination, discipline, and a strong fighting spirit, the team rose with renewed resolve in this edition, ultimately securing a place in the finals for the first time in years.

In a tightly contested final match, the KETENGAH team had to concede defeat to the RISDA team, bringing home the silver medal. While not claiming the championship, reaching the finals is a proud achievement and a testament to the team’s improved performance and high sportsmanship.

The KETENGAH Management extends heartfelt appreciation and congratulations to all team members, coaches, and accompanying officials for their hard work, commitment, and teamwork throughout the carnival. Special thanks are also extended to the administrative team of the KETENGAH Family Club (Kelab 3K) for their dedicated efforts in ensuring the success of this programme.

This success is hoped to serve as an inspiration for all members of KETENGAH.
