23 June 2024 (Sunday) – The Information and Communication Technology Development Division conducted a User Training for the KETENGAH Regional Community Awareness System (K-Cakna).

The objective of this training was to expose newly transferred officers and staff to the system as the main platform for submitting applications and distributing assistance to local communities within the KETENGAH region, including other online aid programmes.

A total of 13 officers and staff from the Community and Social Development Division, Property and Local Authority Division, and Economics and Entrepreneurship Division participated in the training, which was held at the Operations Room, KETENGAH Headquarters, Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah.

This course is crucial to ensure that all assistance provided to eligible residents is distributed transparently, avoids duplication, and fully utilises technology to enhance service quality within the department.
