The Asy-Syabab 4.0 Program (Rural Youth Personal Excellence Aspiration) under the Human Development Program (PBI), part of the People’s Wellbeing Development Scheme (SPKR) by the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW), was successfully implemented by KETENGAH through the Community and Social Development Division from 28 to 30 November 2024.

A total of 63 residents in the region, primarily from B40/E-Kasih families, participated in the program, which was conducted by the consultant ILead Strategy Training & Consultancy at Hotel Grand Continental, Kuantan, Pahang.

The program included activities such as Ice Breaking Sessions, Self-Forensics (Identifying Personal Potential), Entrepreneurial Mindset Development, and a Kuantan City Exploration Activity (group assignment) aimed at fostering participant understanding and promoting teamwork skills.

Participants also had the opportunity to gain insights from celebrity entrepreneur Bell Ngasri and successful KETENGAH regional entrepreneurs, namely Mr. Mohammad Syaifullah bin Che Ghani, CEO of Palmstay Seri Bandi, and Mr. Muhammad Al Ahnaf bin Mohd Roslan, agricultural entrepreneur of Ahnaflan Enterprise.

YBrs. Mr. Faizol bin Abd Aziz, Community and Social Development Manager, representing the General Manager of KETENGAH, joined the participants in program sessions and officiated the closing ceremony, presenting certificates of participation to all attendees.

It is hoped that this program will provide benefits, experience, and added value to help participants adopt a more positive lifestyle in the future.

Thank you to KKDW and KETENGAH for making this possible.
