KEMAMAN, 30 September 2026 – The Relaxed Majlis Bersama Jabatan (MBJ) Pekerja Series 4 Program was held in Bandar Cheneh Baharu, Kemaman as one of the initiatives to strengthen camaraderie, spirit of cooperation and togetherness among KETENGAH staff.

The program began with a gotong-royong activity with staff at Taman Rekreasi Cheneh Baharu. The activity involved cleaning and beautifying the area around the lake to ensure the recreational environment is always clean, tidy and comfortable for use by the local community.

After the gotong-royong activity, the program continued with a meeting session with the MBJ Pekerja line-up led by the Chairman of MBJ Pekerja, Encik Ahmad Khamsa bin Deraman. The meeting session served as a platform for staff to exchange opinions, share views and discuss matters related to staff welfare and well-being in a more relaxed and open atmosphere.

The organisation of the Relaxed MBJ Pekerja Series 4 Program also reflects the commitment of MBJ Pekerja in strengthening relations among staff, in addition to fostering a culture of teamwork and a sense of belonging within the organisation. It is hoped that programs like this can be continued from time to time as a platform to strengthen staff relations and create a more harmonious, positive and conducive working environment.
