DUNGUN, August 10, 2026 – The Central Terengganu Development Board (KETENGAH) continues its commitment to strengthening the culture of integrity and good governance through the organisation of the Pocket Talk Session and KETENGAH Integrity Aspiration Talk (BAIK) Series 4 in 2026.

This programme is a collaboration between the KETENGAH Integrity Unit, the Joint Departmental Council (MBJ), and Public Service Peer Counsellors (AKRAB) in an effort to increase awareness and understanding among staff regarding the importance of integrity, ethics, and accountability in fulfilling their trust and responsibilities as civil servants.

Among the main objectives of the programme is to cultivate and strengthen the culture of integrity among civil servants as a foundation for service excellence. In addition, this programme also emphasises efforts to produce ethical, professional, and highly accountable staff.

The programme began with a briefing titled “Declaration of Assets for Civil Servants” delivered by Yang Berusaha Encik Baharudin bin Wahab, Head of the KETENGAH Integrity Unit.

The programme then continued with a talk titled “The Threat of Drugs and Its Impact on Organisations” delivered by Yang Berusaha Tuan Wan Mohd Nazarnoor bin Wan Ramli, District Head, National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK) Dungun District. The session emphasised the threat of drug abuse and its effects not only on individuals and families but also its implications on productivity, discipline, image, and the effectiveness of an organisation.

The organisation of the Pocket Talk Session and KETENGAH Integrity Aspiration Talk (BAIK) Series 4 is hoped to increase awareness among KETENGAH staff regarding the importance of practicing integrity values, adhering to regulations, and carrying out duties with full trust and responsibility.
