KETENGAH Organises Bayanul ‘Ilm Programme to Close the Year 2025

The Central Terengganu Development Authority (KETENGAH) organised the spiritual enrichment programme Bayanul ‘Ilm (Knowledge Sharing) to mark the closing of the year 2025, held at Masjid Sultan Mahmud.
The programme brought together the local community around Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah along with KETENGAH management and staff, reflecting the spirit of togetherness and the strong relationship between the development agency and the local community.
The event began with a congregational Maghrib prayer, followed by a religious lecture delivered by Ustaz Haji Mokhtar bin Haji Yaacob, an Independent Speaker.
In his lecture titled “Strengthening Faith and Morality”, he emphasised the importance of performing the five daily prayers, as they are the pillars of the religion. Prayer prevents a Muslim from committing acts forbidden by Allah SWT and helps shape noble character—integrity, trustworthiness, responsibility, and good morals. He also urged attendees to consistently give in charity and spend their wealth in the way of Allah.
He further highlighted that strengthening faith and morality benefits not only individuals but also contributes to organisational harmony and the overall well-being of society, especially in facing the increasingly complex challenges of modern life.
The programme aligns with KETENGAH’s commitment to developing balanced human capital in both spiritual and professional aspects, while also enhancing community engagement in knowledge-sharing and human development activities.
The Bayanul ‘Ilm programme thus concluded the year 2025 with meaningful enrichment, preparing KETENGAH staff and the local community to step into the New Year 2026 with renewed determination and spirit.
