KETENGAH Fun Brisk Walk Enlivens 53rd Anniversary Celebration of KETENGAH Establishment

HULU TERENGGANU, DUNGUN & KEMAMAN — The KETENGAH Fun Brisk Walk programme, held in conjunction with the 53rd Anniversary Celebration of the establishment of the Central Terengganu Development Board (KETENGAH), was a lively event with encouraging participation from the local community across three simultaneous locations.
In Felda Jerangau Barat, Ajil, Hulu Terengganu, the flag-off ceremony was officiated by the Chairman of KETENGAH, YBhg. Dato’ Rozi bin Mamat. Also present was the Deputy General Manager (Operations), Tuan Haji Mahdi Amin bin Ahmad. The programme received a warm reception from local residents who came to enliven the health-oriented casual event.
Meanwhile, at the same location, another flag-off session was also officiated by the General Manager of KETENGAH, YBhg. Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, alongside the Senior Manager (Corporate) of KETENGAH, YBrs. Encik Hasri bin Omar. The main lucky draw ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dato’ Dr. Din bin Adam, Chairman of Komuniti KEMAS Dungun, which added to the programme's excitement.
This programme was also held at the compound of Sekolah Kebangsaan LKTP Jerangau, Dungun, and Dewan Orang Ramai (DORA), Bandar Seri Bandi, Kemaman, as part of the simultaneous organisation within the Central Terengganu region.
In Bandar Seri Bandi, Kemaman, the flag-off ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dato’ Seri (Dr) Haji Ahmad bin Said, Chairman of Komuniti KEMAS Kemaman, together with the Deputy General Manager (Development) of KETENGAH, YBrs. Tuan Haji Mohd Radzi bin Md Noor.
The organisation of the KETENGAH Fun Brisk Walk not only aims to foster a healthy lifestyle among the community but also serves as a platform to strengthen relationships between the agency and local communities.
