GOVERNANCE, INTEGRITY & ANTI-CORRUPTION ENHANCEMENT MODULE (MPGIA) COURSE FOR KETENGAH MANAGEMENT YEAR 2026

On 26 and 27 August 2026, the Governance, Integrity & Anti-Corruption Enhancement Module (MPGIA) Course for KETENGAH Management Year 2026 was held, involving the KETENGAH management line-up. The course took place at Hatten Hotel and Dusun Dato’ Murad Prison, Melaka.
The implementation of this course aims to strengthen exemplary leadership and enhance understanding and appreciation of governance, integrity, and anti-corruption aspects among the management line-up. This effort is also in line with KETENGAH's aspiration to create a transparent, accountable, and highly integrated work ecosystem.
The programme began with a keynote address by YM Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, General Manager of KETENGAH, who emphasised the importance of integrity-based leadership as the foundation for effective and value-driven service delivery.
Also held was a SPINE session through a briefing on the Integrity and Governance Management System delivered by the Institute of Integrity Malaysia (IIM), in addition to a Rehabilitation Visit session and rehabilitation briefing with the Dusun Dato’ Murad Prison authorities. The programme was also followed by an interactive sharing session with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (SPRM) which provided exposure related to corruption prevention and the importance of cultivating integrity in organisations.
It is hoped that the content of this MPGIA Course will further strengthen governance practices, enhance the level of integrity, and empower an excellent work culture among KETENGAH staff to ensure transparent, accountable, and corruption-free service delivery.
