Documentation Enhancement Course for the KETENGAH Innovation and Creativity Group 2024

Innovation in public service arises from creative and innovative ideas in any aspect of work that can enhance the quality and productivity of an organization. It enables public services to respond quickly to challenges and changes in departmental and societal needs.
Through innovation, public service can adapt to the latest technological developments and meet the increasingly complex needs of society. In line with this, KETENGAH organised the 2024 Documentation Enhancement Course for the KETENGAH Innovation and Creativity Group from 16 to 18 October 2024 at Acapella Suite Hotel, Shah Alam, Selangor.
The course aimed to develop innovative thinking, introduce and cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation in work practices. Additionally, it helped participants create new products, services, or processes that could have a meaningful impact on the organization and society, as well as prepare them for participation in next year’s Ministry-Level Innovation Awards.
The course was conducted by the Administration and Human Resource Management Division in collaboration with the course speaker, Puan Wan Suraya binti Sahabaludin from the Corporate and Public Relations Department (Quality Section), Shah Alam City Council.
