Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony Between Yayasan Diraja Sultan Mizan (YDSM) and Lembaga Kemajuan Terengganu Tengah (KETENGAH)

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between the Sultan Mizan Royal Foundation (YDSM) and the Central Terengganu Development Authority (KETENGAH) was held at The Westin Kuala Lumpur for the implementation of the Napier Grass Plantation Project in the state of Terengganu.
This meaningful ceremony was also witnessed by His Royal Highness Al-Wathiqu Billah Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, the Sultan of Terengganu, who continues to show his concern for efforts to enhance the well-being of the people.
Through this strategic collaboration, an area of 20.328 acres in the KETENGAH Food Valley, Bandar Al-Muktafi Billah Shah, Dungun, will be systematically developed for Napier Grass cultivation as one of the initiatives to empower the local community.
The signing of this MoU reflects the ongoing commitment of YDSM and KETENGAH in uplifting the status of rural communities, particularly the underprivileged (asnaf) and the B40 group, while contributing to the overall economic development of the state.
