The KETENGAH Integrity Aspirations Dialogue Programme (BAIK) Series 1 for 2026 was held on Sunday from 10.30am to 12.30pm at the Level 3 Hall, Block D, KETENGAH Headquarters in Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah.

Organised by KETENGAH’s Integrity Unit, the programme brought together officers and staff from KETENGAH, Ketengah Holding Sdn. Bhd., as well as its subsidiary companies.

The keynote lecture, titled “Integrity as the Pillar of Excellence in Public Service,” was delivered by Mohd Yusnoruddin bin Mohd Yuznah, a Psychology Officer from the Terengganu State Secretary’s Office.

During the session, he emphasised that integrity extends beyond mere compliance with rules and procedures. It is intrinsically linked to psychological strengths such as self-control, emotional regulation, mental resilience, and the cultivation of virtuous values in fulfilling entrusted responsibilities. The psychological approach presented highlighted the importance of self-awareness and the capacity to make ethical decisions in challenging circumstances.

The programme further reinforced that the sustained cultivation of integrity can strengthen organisational governance, enhance public trust, and ensure more transparent and accountable public service delivery.

Overall, BAIK Series 1 for 2026 achieved its objective as a platform for reinforcing integrity and fostering ethical character among departmental personnel, in line with KETENGAH’s commitment to advancing excellence in public service.
