KETENGAH STRENGTHENS THE USE OF SISPER 3.0

The KETENGAH Information Technology and Communication Development Division organised a Refresh Course for the KETENGAH Housing System (SISPER) 3.0 at the Main Hall on Level 3, KETENGAH Headquarters.
The two-day training, which started on September 8, was specially organised for system users and administrators. It aims to provide specific exposure to new officers and staff regarding the capabilities of SISPER 3.0 as the main platform for managing house and business premise payments.
This session also emphasised in-depth calculation methods and accurate report generation through the system.
A total of 32 officers and staff representing four main divisions participated in this programme: the Property and Local Authority Division, the Finance and Accounting Division, the Economy and Entrepreneur Division, and the Free Zone Division.
The organisation of this course is a continuous effort by KETENGAH to ensure its workforce remains relevant with the current technological advancements, thereby maximising system efficiency to improve the quality of service delivery to the public.
