April 11, 2026 – The Moment of Knowledge Ceremony, organised in conjunction with the 53rd Anniversary of KETENGAH's Establishment, was successfully held simultaneously in three districts: Hulu Terengganu, Dungun, and Kemaman.
This spiritually-focused programme featured authoritative speakers who discussed the topic “Contributing Good Deeds, Building Individuals”, in line with efforts to strengthen intellectual and moral values among the community.
In Hulu Terengganu, the programme was held at Masjid FELDA Jerangau Barat, featuring the renowned speaker, YBhg. Ustaz Dato’ Dr. Haji Zulkifly bin Muda, former Mufti of Terengganu, who delivered a profound lecture. Meanwhile, in Dungun, Masjid Muhajirin FELDA Jerangau was the location for the religious lecture programme delivered by YBhg. Ustaz Haji Ahmad Kamal bin Abdullah, a freelance speaker.
In Kemaman, Masjid Bandar Seri Bandi became a focal point for the local community with an intellectual session by YBhg. Ustaz Abdul Halim bin Awang @ Sulong, Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA). All three locations recorded an encouraging turnout with participation from various segments of society, including youth and senior citizens, who filled the mosque spaces to follow the sessions.
The organisation of this programme aims not only to impart knowledge but also to strengthen community unity and enliven the mosque institution as a centre for Muslim unity. The ceremony concluded with Hajat prayers and a prayer of well-being. KETENGAH also contributed RM3,000 to the respective mosques to empower and enliven the symbols of Islam.
It is hoped that programmes of this nature can be continued in the future with broader involvement from various parties, in line with efforts to shape a knowledgeable, virtuous, and spiritually and physically balanced society.
