KETENGAH Foundation Donates Aid to Fire Victims in Dungun

Showing concern for the residents affected by misfortune, the KETENGAH Foundation today provided assistance to a fire victim in Kampung Minda, Dungun.
The victim, Encik Md. Nasir bin Abdullah, lost his home in a fire incident that occurred on 21 August 2025. To ease the burden on him and his family, the KETENGAH Foundation contributed RM2,000 in financial aid. The Dungun District Social Welfare Department (JKM) and the Civil Defence Force (APM) also provided daily necessities to the victim.
The aid was presented by YM Dato’ Tengku Ahmad Nadzri bin Tengku Musa, General Manager of KETENGAH. Also present were Tuan Haji Ahmad Fakaruddin bin Ahmad, Deputy General Manager (Operations) of KETENGAH, Encik Mohd Ariffin bin Abu Bakar from JKM Dungun, and Captain Ahmad Kamal Hakim bin Ngah from APM.
KETENGAH expressed sympathy for the victim’s plight and affirmed its commitment to ensuring the welfare of residents in the region. This initiative is part of the social responsibility efforts of the KETENGAH Foundation, aimed at engaging with the community and enhancing the well-being of residents in KETENGAH’s development areas.
The recipient, Encik Md. Nasir bin Abdullah, also expressed gratitude for the support and assistance provided by the KETENGAH Foundation during this challenging time for his family.
Such programs will continue from time to time as a testament to KETENGAH’s care for the residents under its administration, especially when they face life’s trials and challenges.
